Through music, culture, and shared creativity, we bring light to different paths and voices, building understanding, friendship, and hope — so that every person may bloom in their own way within a united community.

男高音李振涛 Tenor Li Zhentao
Artistic Director, Orange County Chinese Federation Arts Ensemble
Li Zhentao is a renowned tenor known internationally for his beautiful tone and refined technique. He is a Silver Award winner of the CCTV Young Singers Competition and recipient of the Tenor Special Prize at the Mantua International Vocal Competition in Italy. He has starred in operas including The Wilderness, Mei, La Traviata, and Red River Valley, performing on stages across China and abroad. The late vocal master Carlo Bergonzi praised him as having “an exceptionally beautiful voice, with the potential to become a world-class tenor.”

Our Mission
Through organizing concerts, holiday celebrations, and multicultural festivals, the organization strives to build bridges between the Chinese-American community and the broader public, fostering mutual understanding, creativity, and friendship. In addition to artistic and cultural activities, the Federation actively supports charitable causes, including senior wellness, youth education, and humanitarian relief efforts.

Who We Are
The American Orange County Chinese Federation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation committed to promoting cultural exchange, community engagement, and charitable initiatives throughout Southern California.
Community Through Music
The Federation also places special emphasis on inclusive arts education, helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other special needs to enjoy, participate in, and develop their musical skills. Through music and art, these programs aim to nurture confidence, social interaction, and self-expression, allowing every child to experience the joy of creativity.
