Through music, culture, and shared creativity, we bring light to different paths and voices, building understanding, friendship, and hope — so that every person may bloom in their own way within a united community.

男高音李振涛 Tenor Li Zhentao
Artistic Director, Orange County Chinese Federation Arts Ensemble

Li Zhentao is a renowned tenor known internationally for his beautiful tone and refined technique. He is a Silver Award winner of the CCTV Young Singers Competition and recipient of the Tenor Special Prize at the Mantua International Vocal Competition in Italy. He has starred in operas including The Wilderness, Mei, La Traviata, and Red River Valley, performing on stages across China and abroad. The late vocal master Carlo Bergonzi praised him as having “an exceptionally beautiful voice, with the potential to become a world-class tenor.”

Juliana Wang
President, American Orange County Chinese Federation

Juliana Wang is the newly appointed President of the American Orange County Chinese Federation (AOCCF), a distinguished entrepreneur, and an accomplished mezzo-soprano dedicated to building bridges between cultures through innovation and art.

With over three decades of experience leading successful enterprises in the healthcare and medical-supply sectors across the United States and the United Kingdom, Juliana combines strategic vision with compassion, representing the modern global Chinese spirit — professional, creative, and community-minded.

As a performer and cultural ambassador, Juliana has organized numerous concerts, charity events, and educational initiatives that celebrate diversity, inclusion, and cultural understanding. Her artistic insight brings a unique warmth and humanity to her leadership.

Future Vision
As the new President of AOCCF, Juliana envisions fostering a stronger network that connects business, culture, and philanthropy within the Chinese-American community and beyond.

Her mission is to:
1. Strengthen collaboration between Chinese and American professionals through cultural and entrepreneurial exchange.
2. Support youth, families, and special-needs communities in exploring music, art, and education.
3. Promote harmony, creativity, and mutual respect as core values of the Federation’s growth.

Through organizing concerts, holiday celebrations, and multicultural festivals, the organization strives to build bridges between the Chinese-American community and the broader public, fostering mutual understanding, creativity, and friendship. In addition to artistic and cultural activities, the Federation actively supports charitable causes, including senior wellness, youth education, and humanitarian relief efforts.

Community Through Music

The Federation also places special emphasis on inclusive arts education, helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other special needs to enjoy, participate in, and develop their musical skills. Through music and art, these programs aim to nurture confidence, social interaction, and self-expression, allowing every child to experience the joy of creativity.
